The Rev. Patricia Hatch tours the newly erected art wall in the “Mall City” neighborhood of Baton Rouge, La. Hatch said the wall was built in attempt “clean up” the neighborhood known for violent crime and drug use. Community leaders are also attempting the change the name of the neighborhood to “Melrose East” to create a better image, as shown on the wall.
